Do you take bookings at White Cloth Hall?

White Cloth Hall is walk-ins only for smaller groups, however we will consider bookings requests from groups of 20+ on one of our mezzanine levels. Please email hello@whiteclothhall.co.uk to discuss.

Is White Cloth Hall family-friendly?

Yes absolutely. We love to see your kids enjoy themselves at White Cloth Hall. All our kitchens have kids options on the menu and there is a dedicated section on the QR code. We also have an interesting range of soft drinks. There are plenty of high chairs at the venue too for the really little ones. There is also a baby change facility on the ground floor in the accessible loo. Please ask a host for access.

Is White Cloth Hall wheelchair accessible?

Absolutely yes! All our ground floor spaces are wheelchair accessible, and there is a accessible toilet in the Main Hall area. Please ask the door host for the RADAR key. Your visit and enjoyment is important to us so if you require any  assistance whilst in the venue please do not hesitate to ask a member of the team who will gladly help out.

Are dogs allowed in White Cloth Hall?

We are dog friendly throughout White Cloth Hall and love to meet your furry friends. All we ask is that when your dogs are with us they are kept on their lead. We have water bowls and treats available as well, just ask a member of the team.

Is there guest WI-FI at White Cloth Hall?

Yes we have a free guest WI-FI at White Cloth Hall. To connect, select WCH-Guest from the list when connecting to WI-FI in your usual way.

We do advise connecting to the guest WI-FI for an optimum experience.

How do I order my food and drink?

The easiest way to order is via the QR code on your table. Simply scan the QR code, review the menu and place an order. Your food and drinks will then be brought to you when ready.

You can also order in person at any of the bars in the venue.

We do have tablets behind the bar so if you are struggling to use the QR code or do not have a smart phone. Please ask a member of the team and they will be able to help you.

Where can I find dietary information?

All dietary information is listed on the QR code menu, by each food item. You can also view dietary information on the sample menus on the website. If you are unsure about a particular item please ask a member of the team.

Is White Cloth Hall available for private events?

Yes White Cloth Hall is available for private events. We can reserve tables and areas in the venue for groups of 20+ people. Please visit our private hire page HERE for more information.

Can you pay with cash at White Cloth Hall?

White Cloth Hall is a cashless venue.

Can I buy gift vouchers for White Cloth Hall?

Currently gift vouchers are not available for White Cloth Hall. It is something we are looking at introducing in the near future.
